The organization shall be known as the University Alumni Association. The primary objective is to maintain a continuous relationship between the university and its graduates, and to promote the welfare of both.
Membership is categorized into General, Executive, and Lifetime tiers. Any individual who has obtained a degree or diploma from the university is eligible to apply for membership.
The Association shall be governed by an Executive Committee (EC) elected every two years by the General Body, under the guidance of the Board of Trustees.
